My product isn’t working

I'm Shirley ridley. 70 Stockton road West lane mbro ts54aq. My husband has just put together my twist exercise machine that was delivered on may 20th. The battery does not appear faulty. He will try it in another device but for some reason the digital part of the machine does not work. We have not tried out the machine itself yet. We would appreciate a response soon. Thank you.
