My postpaid plan

I renew or recontract my postpaid plan with a free phone and when I checked One Globe app they are charging me for the free phone. WHY I AM PAYING FOR THE FREE PHONE? User's recommendation: Document everything and take pictures of the store assistant and screenshots.
