My pin number to log in, now is unavailable for some reason and i’m unable to log in into laptop.

Update by user May 31, 2021 Internet services disconnected and loss of pages responding. Original review posted by user May 31, 2021 System became sluggish, screen flickering, freezing and all system crashed, and now unable to log in with pin because it's stated pin unavailable and refuse to unlock.
