My phone service was shut off even though my payment was processed

I had a lease with smart pay and my last payment was processed on November 20th. They process the payment for the lease, but also for my phone service with total wireless. My phone service should've been good through the end of December. However today, December 4, 2018 my phone's were disconnected. I had to use the web site to contact smart pay because the phone number I have kept connecting me to total wireless and it only have me the option of submitting a payment. So I was able to speak with a rep of smart pay through their site and she resolved my issue by escalating it and providing me with a service plan pin number I was able to submit through the total wireless web site.
