My phone Oukitel U13 smartphone

I bought the abovemention phone that having too many problem for example the button not function, phone on/off power not working. I bought these phone from Aliexpress dated 02.08.2017. I sent to aliexpress last year november 2017 but was rejected by China custom office they sent back to Singapore but being suspen by Singapore autority. Now how can l get the replacement phone. Till now l have problem which Aliexpess in charge informed me to asked you to solve the problem. My name is Loakman from Singapore
