My phone is lost by Fedex

My order was sent out May 7th and now after 3 different delivery dates they say its pending and it shows i was in Humbolt Tn 5/11.. I live in Ripley and they have had the correct address from the beginning.My order number is 3893**** and its paid by Smartpay My name is Teressa Sherwood 731413**** User's recommendation: Use UPS or USPS NOT Fedex.
