My parcel still don’t up to date and deliver.

Dear ABX, I know during this pendamic it's hard to deliver and work in time. But I havent receive my parcel and it's already over a week. I'm talking about ABX KUCHING SARAWAK CENTRE. The parcel still there. I hope I'll receive the parcel as soon as possible and hoping the best services from you guys.
