My package was stolen

Flexshopper didn’t require a signature when they shipped my brand new 43” Samsung tv and Fedex left it on the doorstep in west Philadelphia. The package was stolen. I filed a claim with the company and they said they would stop my payments but I still got bill in my bank account.
