My orders according to the customer service was lost at the warehouse

I have been waiting for my orders, after 3 weeks I followed it up, only to find out from the customer service that the package was lost from the warehouse. Really??? all 5 items were lost!!! It took me a long time to look for those items online, only to find out that I was waiting in vain! I was not even informed about what happened, if I did not call. Is this how you treat your customers? I was then told that they will just give me free shipping? User's recommendation: That was a great bargain, but it left me frustrate.
