My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it still hasn’t been delivered

My customised notebooks were suppose to Be delivered yesterday but it still hasnt... their website is so horrible, i waited ages to even place the order.... now when I track my order it show that the order is on time, will be delivered by 14 June and status is printing. Seriously didnt expect this from classmate User's recommendation: Don’t !!
