My order was handled terribly.

I placed an order for a necklace that was for my wife on Mother's Day. I placed the order 10 days before I needed it but in order to ensure it arrived well before Mother's Day, I decided to pay extra to have it shipped in 2-3 business days. No worries, right? 7 days after I placed the order no one in the company can explain to me why I do not have my order yet. Their customer support number is not in service due to the Covid-19, so I had to "CHAT" with a live agent to resolve my issue! What a joke!!! This country is going down the drain!!! I would strongly encourage anyone considering making a purchase from Stella &;; Dot to proceed with caution. You will more than likely just get disappointed like me.
