My order was broken

Well my cousin opened the package and unwrapped the candle, and it had a crack at the top of the candle and down the side and I don't know how it got cracked either someone chucked it in the back of the van or something, but I wasn't very happy about it and I would like another one sent out to my cousin for her birthday, and it is sent to the same address please . Thank you
