There seems to systemic rudeness, lack of professionalism throughout the chinese retail industry i.e lightnbox, wish and this particular catastrophe. But I must say Wish at least will try, but not easily or quickly,I made an order with Rosewholesale on June 3rd paid for 3day shipping,It is now July 15th,not only have i not received my order it not even listed in order section of my account. I called last Friday during Twilight hours (EST) and actually got a guy who was relatively pleasant, yet he couldn't tell me why my order wasn't listed and that he saw it in his system, and that it would probably reach no later than sat, it is now Monday evening no pkg and no listing of my order to be found. so as i was about to ask him to email me a copy of my order, he just hung up, No asking 'is there anything else, no thank you for calling..nothing just dead phone line, The only way i know of these other similar places because I've had similar and worst interactions so I try and take my business elsewhere, because who would think that every company thats vying for American shoppers would all lack the same three things, courtesy,knowledge,and problem solving skills. With the amount that they charge for shipping which many times cost more than the actual order itself,that in the many years of being in business that would have managed to get the shipping in a more customer friendly pace.I've had orders incomplete, get snide messages back,reward points are a joke, if you've earned them with all that you've spent for things that when you get you either throw away or give away because they are nothing like the pictures, but your points just seem to disappear and posted as used. I do hope they're enjoying these years with influx of our monies, because eventually we give up and say F'it and then the only green they'll be seeing is envy once again as shopping within our shores begin to boom once again.
