My order is lost and they want me to sign up for some service to search for my oder

Order # US-93481 appears to have been lost by USPS or DHL. I went to a chat line and was asked to put in my CC info so they can search . No way am I doing that . I want a refund for my order and oh by the way I will never buy from Crabtree and Evelyn again
