My order hasn’t shipped!!!!

Item#90333**** Order#1344**** has shipped.. Item#90355**** Order#1344**** has not shipped. Both are going to same FFL... where is my AR 12 Shotgun????? User's recommendation: This is ridiculous!!! You pay for an item with your hard earned money and can't speak to a human about the problem your having.. I payed for a shotgun over a month ago and still haven't received it... I won't buy anymore firearms from GunBroker.com!
