My order hasn’t came in and it’s been almost a month

I ordered a pair of nunchucks in 1/18/19. I was really excited because my old ones were broken. I placed my order and it’s been almost 4 weeks and still It hasn’t arrived. I tried contacting you guys through phone number, email, etc; and still you guys don’t reply. I’m getting really frustrated and I want an answer from you guys because this is ridiculous.
