My order has said the order was complete and the package will be on its way by the 24th but when I went to view details of the order it stated order cannot be found the order has been paid

I have placed an order for a wheel skins for a Jeep Patriot when I view details it said order cannot be found but still they said order complete I don't understand what is going on that order is going to be shipped out the 24th
