My order has not shipped. Not cancelling

I order on Friday july 12th and my order hasnt been processed. And its supposed to be sameday ready to go. Its now OCtober 1 and still not processed and i leave tomorrow for my vacation. I called to cancel and you wont cancel or refund. Con artists.
