My order from christmas

They didn't answer. I made a order for Christmas of 2019. Needless to say I still don't have my order or my money. I got a email telling how sorry they are for the delay. Then I got 3 or 4 emails with a 7 dollar credit if I order again. User's recommendation: Don't order.
