I got a truck from 199 ride lacrosse wi and the truck had problems befor they tryed to give it to me and temporarily fixed it to sale it to me I been having tons of motor problems and electrical issues and power shuts off when I am driving it and I had put a tons of money in for repairs and still having the problems and found out they bought the truck for 7,500 from a car auction and charged me 29, 000 bucks and I tryed to take it back under the warranty and they would not take it back or fix it znd they would not give me a different truck and when I called lacrosse office or the wausau office they kept making me play phone tag and then the guys at lacrosse told me only way they would help me is if the truck was in a crash of if I got hurt or it started on fire and I even broke down in their parking lot and I have paid way more for repairs then just about what my loan was for and I am still having problems with the truck snd it sure and *** *** me right off to be robbed money and was put into a unsafe truck but they always said we put you in a safer worrie free car that was a line of *** if I ever seen it. And I been talking to lawyers and BBB about the truck and problems and tryed to call them to see how they would help me fix their problem they gave me and never did help me out and they have left me stranded with out a safe ride as I still pay for the pice of *** and plus the loan that was way more then what they paid for the used truck bunch of rip off *** still to this day I have not heard from them or asked if the problems was token care off they want and love the fast sales to rip off people. Oh yeah I am still pissed off them bunch of low pieces of trash User's recommendation: do not go to these guys cause they gave me a unsafe truck with tons of problems and issues and never helped me out.
