My OnStar car start was cancelled due to my debit card expired.

I got no notification of this at all. They just shut it off & I tried repeatedly to log in with no luck. Very frustrating! Then when I called them today. I found out I needed to update my pmt info. I did this & then she preceded to tell me that they would be going back 3 months to charge me. I don't mind being charged for service I've used but why didn't they notify me??? Also, they discontinued my service probably 2-4 wks ago. Which I expressed my concerns about this to her also. She just ignored me. Then I told her I had to go because I was at work. She had all of my information already. She then called me back saying she was deleting my pmt info & that I would have to call back to do it all again. Ugh so frustrating!!! Also, this isn't the first time this has happened to me either.
