My new Thor Axis dash heat/air condition not working

The heat/ air conditioning control on the center console do not work dealer said this is a Ford problem? Took it to Ford Service they say it's not a Ford problem but a Thor issue. All the Thor dealer will not work on my Motorhome? Including the Dealer I purchased it...
