My MS products, Word, Excel. were disabled due to accounts fix-up. I spent over 4 hours trying to get help from a live person. No such thing at MS, no more live person chats. Really? Why?

Total lack of tech support, all you get it is a " live chat" with a piece of software, called a bot...What a joke MS has become. User's recommendation: Avoid MS all together if you can help it!
