My money got debited to PayU but no confirmation received for the transaction from PayU

I made a payment of 3820 through payu and the amount got debited from my account but no confirmation mail received from payu. On Payu chat assistance they say that the transaction id is invalid. The transaction id was received from the bank confirming that the amount has been debited and PayU account credited.
