My money back because I never received the product

After pay had me wait 14 days for them to get their money back from Sea Moss Island, but they didn't' get their money back so they told me to wait another 7 days and I did and now Afterpay will not answer their phones in which I cannot get my money back. I sm out of 87.50 and no product User's recommendation: Use Klarma you will get help when you need it.
