my membership is a yearly membership from 11/30/20 to 11/30/21. my name is Bruce Borden #917-691-****. address 1723* *** ave apt 8f jamaica 11434 I spoke to the manger Brain at the valley steam location over 2 weeks ago and he told my it was being recreated. I don't understand why it is taking so long to fix this problem.SMH?
