My daughter, husband and myself went to the Outback Steakhouse in Hagerstown Md on Saturday around lunch time. We all got Lobster and Filet Minion. My Steak was butterflied because I asked them to, to be sure it was done. My Steak came out Flat and burnt to a crisp. It was literally charred black. This was my Birthday celebration and they acted like it was no big deal. I chose not to get another steak done, I don't like sending food back. We NEVER saw the Manager, my daughter requested and according to the waiter who made lots of excuses for the cook saying I wanted it well done.
