What good are Troubleshooting steps when it won't turn on or stay on. I don't understand what part of "IT'S BROKEN" they just don't get!! Their Customer service is all online and all they do is send you T/S steps that, if the unit won't turn on or stay on you can NOT accomplish! This has got to be without a Doubt the WORST Customer Service on the Whole Damn Planet! I need this replaced, or they need to refund my Money!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from magellan! EVER!!
