Good day, Today I bought a "love it" sized sorbet at your movie towne trinidad and tobago branch. The ice cream sorbet barely occupied half the container it was in. I have been a loyal customer of the coldstone franchise both here in trinidad and tobago and when I travel abroad and this is not nearlt comparable to the quality service that I have received. I am extremely disappointed in the way the staff handled my complaint and I will be definitely not spending my money at any coldstone outlet any longer. This is not the level of quality or customer service that the coldstone franchise is well known for. A very very disappointed formerly loyal customer. Melissa ramnarine
