My local store won’t return items without tags . My puppy chewed them off.
I just spent $500. And can’t return or exchange 3 items that don’t fit right. I usually spend that much or more in your store every time I shop there. I spent thousands in your store last year. I will consider shopping elsewhere if this can’t be resolved for me. This stuff does happen. I don’t want to be stuck with something I can’t wear.
