She put me on hold to check the problem multiple xs without even knowing what my case # was very rude And annoying sounded like there was a party going on I asked her to connect to my computer she said that wasnt an option at the time. I really hope someone listens to the recording cause if she worked for me Id can her rude ass. She eventually hung up on me when I asked for her name.
