When we decided to buy a new home for our family, we could not even imagine that we would waste so much time, effort, and nerves on getting a loan. So, we did a search on the Web and chose LoanDepot. The biggest problem was the lack of organization. You know, I work in a customer support department, and I must say that their website is extremely messy. I wonder how an average customer can navigate it? Filing in a request to Loan Depot was a real challenge. Then, there were constant delays and changes in the process. They demanded us to provide the papers they did not actually need and to resend other papers we provided before. And every time they informed us about such demands at the very last minute. As a result, we had to postpone the closing date. In general, I would not give them even a single star if I could!

My key advice is ― stay AWAY from LoanDepot!!!
