I've been using ion light natural blonde for the past years in my hair as you see the bottom of my hair is the normal blonde that I had all of a sudden today I did the same routine had that I've been doing for years when I touch up my hair and it came out dark brown I called Sally's to see if they could do something about it the only thing they were able to do was refund my money now my hair was just recently done by the hair salon 2 weeks 1/2 ago it cost me $210.00 and 4 hrs to get my hair highlights all over , colored , deep condition treatment, cut and below dry i have always used your products to touch up my hair and today that it was a good day for me that i was told i was cleared thank God from Covid-19 that i was locked down in my home for two weeks till today and for this to happen to my hair its just really stressful all my highlights are gone my blonde hair color is gone im so mad because now i dont have $200 to get my hair done witch i get done every 3 to 4 month ....i want my hair color back with my highlights That last picture has been my hair color for 25 yrs to have this color today plz have some call my daughter in law at 413799**** plzzz
