I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years to get jackpot party slots to level 665 roughly not sure now and now it's gone back to level 1 all slots locked. I had mega and grand party prizes ready to collect and credit also heavily into the gold in bingo also the league's ladder I was one off too pro and receiving 1500 credits for my timed bonus. All I can tell is while I was looking on ad of something else on facebook it came up with a virus on my phone I installed a anti virus app and I opened it and had a circle up top to clean junk and pressed clean and saw nothing about jackpot party and somehow it's erased data, it has not effected any other app I have such as billiards credit there remains. So obviously I'm very annoyed as I loved playing these slots and there no way I'm starting from the beginning. Is there any way they can restore this and go into my email and by my hundreds of purchases they would no how high up I was in the slots. Can you please rectify asap with phantom efx, my email address through which my game is played is channyoshea07@***l com, my wife also plays this on her phone but is only at level 100 something. The funny thing is that I have cleaned junkfile many times before and it never erased my data. I even tried deleting app and starting again hoping it would restore to my other levels.
