My item should arrive today but it hasn’t shipped yet

I ordered items on Amazon that will be shipped through this carrier. It says it will arrive by 9 pm today but it hasn't shipped yet. Please ship it soon so it can come on time. I tried to add the screenshot but it didn't work. I am not happy with this experience.
