My issue was finally resolved only after I had to contact my bank and dispute the charge, because Securtel representative sent me an email whiich was very rude, telling me I accepted the agreement.

Securtel website is almost likeSecurustech.net and I inadvertently choose the wrong site, immediately I called the next morning to inform them but they had already charged my credit card and would not reverse the charge after I explained what happened. User's recommendation: Be careful when choosing this site.
