No one answered after over 12 minutes & then a recording to rate my experience!?! When call began a recording said may have a wait over 5 minutes. In short, NOTHING HAPPENED. Just frustration made worse by this BS of survey as if I had been helped! User's recommendation: Avoid Sunbeam as service is non existent.
