I enlisted the services of Atlanta Air Experts to clean my vents on the 04/08/2015. I did not use it during the Summer, I simply opened my windows and get the air from outside and my grandchildren uses fans. However, I turn on my heat last night to warm up my house and to my surprise the heat does not circulate around the house like it normally does, so I send someone up there to check for me and they found that apart of the insulator were torn down, these HVAC workers went into the attic and tore down some of the insulator and leave a wide opened space up there. I called the company and they said that I have to pay for the technician to come fixed the problem. Why do I have to pay for something that they have done? How can I get satisfaction?
