My Gym closed do to Covid-19. I've called to see when they would open again but got no response. So I sent Youfit a letter asking them to cancel my membership and refund me my money for the months that the Gym has been closed do to Covid-19. Instead they have charged me 2 annual fees and another monthly fee.
