Original review updated by user Jun 14, 2021 I am very sad I drop my dog off at the Petsmart Off Bryant Irvin Rd my puppy was there for five days. When victor return home he was in a lot of pain, he cant sit, hes bleeding from his bottom. I just took him to the ER. I am beyond pissed! PetSmart Hotel manager finally called with no solution at this time. I am beyond pissed and was charged $300 plus the cost of his ER visit and prescription cost. User's recommendation: Don’t take your Fur babies.
