I have tried ringing them on several occasions and the phones are not maned.Very bad customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.Have been so very disappointed. The least they should have addressed my complaint .My daughter who sent them is coming to see me tonight,they have been binned The other bouquet I got the same day is still fresh.What more can I say. User's recommendation: Waste of money.
