My Flight got canceled and I can not change the dates

Booking number [protected]. The flight was canceled. I have been asking first for change of dates. They told me that the airline, Royal Air Maroc, won't allow that, after 12 months of the purchase. I contacted the airline and they confirmed that I should be able to change the dates/use the credit. I called justfly.com and they told me that they are going to send the request with the new dates and should hear back in 24 to 48 hours. Since then, I have been calling almost every day, for weeks, spending between 2 and 5 hours every day. Sometimes I call Customer service, after 2 hours of wait, they answer to tell me that i need to be transferred to The Help Desk, 2 hours later, somebody answers from Customer service, apologize and transfers me again to The Help Desk, 2 hours later somebody answers and hung-up the phone. I ended up purchasing new tickets. Then I called to ask for a refund. weeks later, I keep receiving emails, telling me that my case is going to be closed because I don't answer my phone when they call me.
