I had my treatment last week in the Liverpool clinic. I was really looking forward to the results but extremely nervous all the same. I chose the consultant clinic because I thought as the treatments were done by doctors I was safest going with these. And of course I had seen their Instagram page! I don’t really know what I was expecting in terms of consultation and questions asked but I felt the whole process was very rushed (especially when I paid £350 in total £60 deposit and £290 on the day for 1ml). No sooner was I in the door I was done and putting my coat on. I was seen by Dr Natalie- she was nice but I do think she went too fast through the process of where she was going to inject the filler etc. I also stupidly never asked what filler she was using and for my record before I left. But I shouldn’t have to ask for information like this, it should all have been provided there and then. I had never had this done before so I didn’t have a clue. I had the dental block and the fillers done within 15-20 minutes. I was in and out. No aftercare leaflet was provided. I literally just stood up and was like okay bye. I actually cried when I got home as I got such a fright at the state of me haha and I had to go to work and do a night shift that night. But I have to say that I’m a couple of days on and there’s a little bruising but I do really like them now. I just hope to god after spending all that hard earned money that these don’t go down really fast as I’ve read from some previous customers That is an absolute joke that they charge people £350 which is basically €500 for 1ml and it doesn’t last a couple of months. I found this page AFTER I had my fillers done the other day and I am horrified, I am so annoyed my myself I didn’t do proper research. I fell for the whole social media hype. I felt the customer service was poor for the price you are paying. And I’m even more horrified that there is a lady posing as a doctor injecting patients and she is not a qualified doctor. I will not be going back to this place!!!!
