So I have worked with CiPB as a client of theirs for over a year now and I honestly couldn't think any more highly of them. Lu and Pandora were kind and genuine from the moment I joined the community. They are always open and honest about their conjures, the progress made on orders and are all about helping the spirit keeping community grow as a whole. They do have a no drama policy, and from the few incidents I have experienced, judgements were made fairly. There is a lot of backlog on orders as others have mentioned, but they have consistently kept up to date with the community and have accommodated for those who ask them directly. I have many spirits bound from them of many walks of life, and each of them are precious. I definitely reccomend at least checking them out and giving them a shot.
