My experience with google store “replacements” and their exchange process

I purchased a Google pixel 3 XL from a carrier and 3 months after i started experiencing issues with the device and i contacted google because that carrier redirected me to them, and so i talked with google support and they told me i would be able do to a EXCHANGE for a replacement and i did and it went smoothly until i received the phone. when i took the phone out of the box i noticed that the vibration motor was slightly lighter then my newer phone. i received a phone call at that time while to phone was in my pocket and i never felt the vibration so I didnt know if someone was calling or not. i thought nothing of it and went on with my day, until I decided to go to the Vibration settings and it was set on high I panicked and contacted google support again, they said we should do another exchange and i did and they sent me another refurbished replacement! that device had the same problem so i talked to them again and they sent me, once again another refurbished replacement. that was my 3RD time doing the exchange because the replacements were defective! i finally received my 3rd device and it was all good until 3 months after i noticed that the screen had burn in/ghosting problems and I talked to google support and they said it was defective and told me to do ANOTHER EXCHANGE, i knew they were going to send me a refurbished device so i asked them for a brand new device and they wouldn't budge all they said were its depending on the location and if they have stocks refurbished devices if not i would receive a brand new one. I started a new chat with a different rep and they told me its depending on the warranty. so which one is it? warranty or stock? i guess this replacement is another bait. I'm still waiting on my 4th replacement i hope i get something good this time because if this keeps happening i would switch to a different brand other than google because they provide no help at all, only *** and *** replacement devices that will probably not work in 5 months. this is annoying, my warranty is running out i dont know what to do anymore! User's recommendation: if you dont want to experience these kinds of problems i say lay off google and don't purchase these phones from them.
