Yesterday I called Craftmatic for information. I spoke with a salesman (Peter) who proceeds to tell me all the GREAT advantages of owning his product. I had already done my homework, but I wants to know if there was some place we could look at the bed before purchasing. He said "NO" so I said we are supposed to take your word and buy "a pig in a poke", he said "YES" I said I don't make a habit of buying sight unseen. He said then "Why are we still having this conversation". He was very rude and non-professional. If I had a business He would no longer be employed. We went to another place and was treated like royalty and bought a bed.
