My experience was hurtful, painful, and down right horrible

Original review updated by user Feb 02, 2021 On January 19, 2021 I called Red Lobster at 986 Breckenridge Louisville, KY to set reservation for my 84 year old mother birthday (11 people). all was a go for 5:30 Saturday, January 30, 2021. I also call that morning to make sure we still had our reservation and was told yes all was good to go and they would see us at 5:30. Due to COVID we get their and set in our car until 5:30 upon entering the restaurant it was like crabs in a bucket!!. when I asked the you lady at the customer desk first she did not have the reservation then I was to early. Then I was told that "RED LOBSTER HAD TWO VERY LARGE PARTY AND A LOT OF PEOPLE WERE IN THE RESTAURANT AND IT WOULD TAKE AT LEAST UP TO 40 MINS TO AN HOUR FOR OUR SEAT" going forward I will tell everyone I know don't know want to know and I will be posting this daily to show just how unprofessional and rude this was. Again my mother tuned 84 and her friends were joining her were also in their eighties. it was very cold and raining this Saturday and the night *** manager was not good at all. he acted like we were at fault for being in the restaurant in the first place. User's recommendation: DO NOT GO TO RED LOBSTER AT 986 BRECKENRIDGE IN ST. MATTHEWS.
