My experience was excellent
On January 9th 2019 around 4:30 p.m. I was lying in the bed with my three month old granddaughter and I raise the head of the bed and I heard a crack . I thought it was the head of the frame of my bed my bed . I tried to put the head back down and it wouldn't go all the way down. So I looked under the bed and saw that the legs weren't in the same place .So when my husband got home we move the mattress and looked on the right side and nothing was wrong and we looked on the left side and I saw a band in the frame at the top where the crease is . Then I told my husband I think I found the problem. So I called mattress firm and they instructed me to call the manufacturers for the adjustable frame . I contacted the company and spoke with mr. Hernandez and he was the most awesome representative ever. He was very patient and instructed me how to send pictures and he said that they will either fix the problem or replace it and a manager will be contacting me the following day witch would be January 8 2019 .
