My experience buying from them has been horrible! I ordered a steam distiller over a month ago (6/16/2012) and they sent the wrong filters for it. Also a water cooler sanitizer spray I ordered with it was 2 years (yes I said TWO years) past its expiration date - which was clearly printed on its front. They refunded the cost of the sanitizer but have completely failed on sending me the right filters. Many weeks and emails later and I still do not have the filters. Each time they blamed their shipping department. So I emailed again a week and a half ago but they never replied this time. So I notified them on Monday (exactly a month to the day I placed my order) that I am filing a complaint against them with the BBB and a fraud complaint with my credit card company. That seemed to light a fire under them and supposedly Wednesday (7-18) I was to receive the filters for my distiller. Well now it is Friday and I had to write them again as still no filters. It is now over a month since I bought my distiller and still no filters. I do not know if they are just so incompetent or intentionally cheat customers? Consider them: 1) cheaters, 2) Sellers of outdated sanitizing products, and 3) They put you on ignore after a while as they repeatedly fail to correct their mistakes. A completely useless and sad company!
