My electric bill is already $300.00. We’re one month into wi

Ive put up plastic, I've added insulation in the attic myself!! Its freezing, doesnt matter what the 'heater' is on. Last year i paid $1,000.00 in elect for the winter- it took me all summer to pay it off!!!!
